Our desire is to provide you with exceptional healthcare through comprehensive physicals, primary acute care of family medicine issues, coordination of testing and referrals, and close monitoring of chronic medical follow ups in a timely, personal, pleasant, and professional environment.

Our Team
David C. Rosenberg, MD
Dr. Rosenberg is a board-certified Family Physician. He received his medical degree from the University of Miami in 1988 and completed his residency in Family Medicine at The Washington Hospital in Washington, Pennsylvania in 1991. After practicing Emergency Medicine at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center for two years, he started private practice in Jupiter, in 1993. He is an avid baseball fan and Beatles fanatic. He has been married to his wife, Mary, since 1985 and has three grown children.
David completed additional studies at Mercer University, Macon, Georgia and obtained a BS in Chemistry in 1983.

Drake Donaldson, DO
Dr. Drake Donaldson is a board-certified family physician at Jupiter Concierge Family Practice, where he blends the best of conventional and functional medicine. What drew him to medicine was the relationships built by truly knowing a patient without rushing through an appointment. He earned his medical degree at Liberty University in Virginia and completed his family medicine residency in Tallahassee, Florida, where he cared for patients in the hospital, the ICU, and his own panel at the clinic. Dr. Donaldson believes in finding the root of what's really going on and giving each patient the time it takes to build an individualized plan for a longer, healthier life.

Brittany Johnston, MSN, FNP-C
Brittany is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with special interest in emergency and integrative medicine. She has a strong background in emergency and critical care. She obtained an Associate Degree of Science in Nursing from the University of Toledo in Toledo, OH. She made the Dean’s List and graduated with honors from Chamberlain University in Chicago, IL with a Bachelor and master’s degree of Science in Nursing.

Eileen Brand
Since 2001 Eileen has been supporting Dr. Rosenberg administratively, primarily with reception services, patient greeting, phone attendance and schedule management. Eileen prides herself with excellent patient relationship skills promoting the philosophy that each patient is family. Eileen enjoys spending time with her mother, two adult daughters, grandson and sons-in-law.
